Continuing on the basil preservation train (and there will be more stops), in this post we make another versatile recipe and that's a white wine vinaigrette with loads of basil. This isn't just for salads. You can use this as a marinade, a delicious bread dip, pasta sauce, anything you want to add this amazingly bright dressing to.
The recipe I use is this simple one below but doubled for this 20 oz container.
1 cup of basil
1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
1 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
You'll want a container and food processor to properly mix all of these ingredients together.
